HOUSTON – August 29, 2013 – NewQuest Investment Company is pleased to announce it has purchased the Easton Commons Shopping Center in Houston, Texas. The 193,595 square foot grocery-anchored center is located at the northeast corner of Highway 6 and West Road in Houston’s Copperfield master-planned community. Easton Commons is anchored by a strongly performing Kroger Signature and Studio Movie Grill.
